Time, Cost, and Quality: These are the three things Chorus normally associate with projects.

Chorus had a large number of half-tone plans that depicted their network. These plans were an accumulation of decades of network building, and they wanted to shift from a physical to an image-based solution for the consumption of these plans. Their initial concern was that these large-scale plans would present a challenge; in particular they might struggle to find a vendor with both the capability and the capacity. Even if they found a suitable company, they thought they might have to compromise on one aspect of the project triangle.

However, one thing they were adamant about was quality. Desktop Imaging shared this view. We were serious about quality.  What Chorus found especially impressive was that the cost still met their expectations. This just left the aspect of time. They wondered if they would have to wait longer than desired for our outputs.
